As hospitality manager in the Alkmaar region, you are responsible for providing food and drinks at 5 to 8 different locations in Alkmaar and Heerhugowaard. The locations range from smaller company restaurants to larger kitchens and banquet rooms. Sometimes you work independently, sometimes in a team - every week is different! As hospitality manager, you participate in the company restaurant, help in the kitchen, and take care of guests at meetings or drinks. Variety guaranteed!
About the function
As hospitality manager, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the hospitality location. You ensure an optimal guest experience by preparing and presenting dishes with an eye for quality, taste, and presentation. In addition, as a hospitality manager, you organize banqueting activities, such as drinks, meetings, and other gatherings, ensuring that everything is arranged down to the last detail.
You independently create menus, place online orders, and keep track of supplies and deliveries. With your flexible and proactive attitude, you smoothly adapt to the daily dynamics of the location and know how to set priorities well.
Furthermore, as a hospitality manager, you ensure a neat, representative work environment and perform light administrative tasks. Thanks to your organizational ability, sense of responsibility, and guest-focused attitude, you ensure that the hospitality location operates professionally and efficiently.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of €16.11!
- Flexible working hours; Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, in addition, you are available at least 1 evening per week and 2 weekend days per month.
- Travel allowance and surcharge for working on public holidays.
- 25 vacation days for a full-time workweek (38 hours) and 8% holiday pay.

- Sense of responsibility and strong communication skills;
- Having a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or willingness to apply for one;
