In this role you are the first point of contact for De Bieb voor de Zaanstreek. You work independently within a close-knit team and assist customers and visitors in a lively environment. You have a signalling role and are not afraid to address people.
About the function
As customer service representative you are the face of the organization. You welcome visitors, answer questions and provide advice on De Bieb's services. You work independently after a short training period and are responsible for administrative front desk tasks. You oversee the space and assist customers and visitors, also supporting class visits and activities. You play a crucial role in identifying behavior that does not fit within the library environment and addressing people when necessary.

- Experience in a service-oriented or customer-focused environment.
- Flexible availability according to a rotating schedule.
- You are also available in the evenings and weekends.
