About the function
As a workshop repair supervisor, you work in the workshop in Wormerveer and are responsible for the daily management of repair activities. You distribute the work, monitor the schedule, and ensure everything is executed according to the correct guidelines. You maintain an overview and take action when processes can be improved or made more efficient.
You prepare work orders and damage reports and check whether the repairs carried out meet the required quality standards. You actively participate and support colleagues with technical issues. You make sure the workshop remains tidy and safe, and that materials and parts are available on time.
You have regular contact with colleagues from other departments, suppliers, and sometimes customers. Thanks to your approach, work continues smoothly, and problems are swiftly resolved.
