About the function
As a process operator c, you will work in the Wet House department directing the maize processing production process. You operate and adjust installations such as maize tubs, grinding mills, and separators to ensure optimal progress. You monitor product quality and act immediately in case of deviations. Together with your colleagues, you analyze malfunctions and solve them to prevent downtime.
You work in a 5-shift system, ensuring the process continues 24/7. During your shift, you ensure that safety, quality, and continuity are always guaranteed. You perform checks, record process data, and actively think about improvements.
