Work as assembly worker on unique cable and rope systems in a diverse technical role where you combine production and assembly. About the function
As an assembly worker, you work daily on the production and assembly of cable and rope systems. Your tasks include:
- Assembling and finishing cables, ropes, and related components.
- Working according to technical instructions and assembly guidelines.
- Preparing production material and checking components.
- Supporting the workshop supervisor with technical assignments and small projects.
The working hours are in day shift from 08:00 - 17:00.

What we need
- You have some technical work experience or affinity. For example, through tinkering, DIY projects, skilled with technical apps/software, or skilled with technical devices (like DJ sets);
- You are proactive, ask for extra work when you have nothing to do, and take on tasks independently;
- You are immediately available full-time;
- It is a plus if you have a driver's license B and VCA certificate, but this is not required for this position.
About the company
Our client is the specialist in cable and rope structures. They produce a unique product and the atmosphere is great and cozy. There is even a ping pong table where a competition is regularly ongoing. There is also a lot of independence and freedom in the role, and the tasks are varied. The training period lasts about two to three weeks and after that, you can work fully independently. With good performance, you have the chance of a permanent contract and there are various opportunities for advancement such as to field service technician.
