About the function
As production worker pallet repair, your day starts in the workshop of Post Pallets and Kisten in IJmuiden. You enter your fixed workplace, where you independently inspect and repair pallets using mainly hand tools and tackers, and sometimes a horizontal bandsaw. You regularly coordinate with colleagues and forklift drivers to ensure smooth operations and safe work. Together, you ensure that all pallets are ready for use. The atmosphere is informal and direct, making the work enjoyable, but it can be physically demanding at times and you must be able to work independently.

What we need
