About the function
As a production worker at Florentin in Mijdrecht, you and your colleagues are responsible for packing tubs of hummus and other fresh products. You will then neatly stack the products on pallets, ready for the warehouse. You will also carry out preparation tasks, such as folding boxes. As a production worker, you will work in a two-shift schedule: one week you start at 06:00, the next week at 11:00. Sometimes you will spend a few minutes in a chilled area, but most of the time you will work alongside your team on the production floor. You will communicate a lot with colleagues and together you make sure everything runs smoothly. Got ambition? You can grow into a role such as operator.
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage between €15.55 and €16.65
- Shift allowance of 133% from 18:00-24:00 and 135% from 00:00-06:00
- 140% allowance when working more than 40 hours per week
- Holiday pay, holiday days and short-term absence arrangements through PDZ

About the company
Florentin produces salads, hummus and snacks for wholesalers and supermarkets. You can find their products in meal boxes, supermarkets and restaurants throughout the Netherlands. You will work at the location on Energieweg in Mijdrecht, which is easy to reach and has plenty of parking. As a production worker, you play an important role in the success of the company.
