About the function
As an on-call worker in production, your responsibilities include manually filling trays with sprouts. There is also a position behind the machine where you can stand, here the trays are stacked in crates. In addition, you check whether they are properly packed, here you can think of whether the stickers are straight on the packaging and whether the correct information is on it. Should this not be correct, you will report this to your colleague who operates the line. He can make sure that the problem is solved. But you can also choose to work in the cultivation department. Here the activities consist of putting in, harvesting and washing the sprouts.
This is a position that could be held any day of the week. From Monday to Saturday the working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00 and on Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00. You will provide your availability for the following week by Tuesday each week. Then the schedule will be made and you will be told which shifts you can come in. As an on-call worker you can always be called for extra shifts on the days you are available. Finally, you get your salary the week after you have worked, how nice is that!
