You’ll get in-house training to become an operator, work in a tight-knit team, and receive an attractive salary between €2,800 and €3,400 per month.
About the function
As a production worker, you're the lynchpin in the production of cladding and decking. The company makes sustainable, wood-alternative products based on a biobased composite made from rice husk, salt, and mineral oils. You start your day by preparing boards for the sanding machine. Next, you keep a close eye on the painting and drying process and make sure everything runs smoothly. If something gets stuck, you're the one who fixes it. You work day shifts, which means you start between 06:00 and 07:00 and finish between 15:00 and 16:00. This company offers you the chance to grow from production worker into an extrusion operator.
