About the function
As a production worker at this company in Alkmaar, you are an essential link in the production process. You work in a team where you support each other to keep everything running smoothly. A typical day starts with preparing the machines, after which you make sure product quality stays on point. You set up, operate, and monitor the equipment and keep an eye on the entire process. Sometimes a technical issue pops up, but with your accuracy and problem solving mindset you get things back on track quickly. You work in two shifts from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 23:00, rotating weekly.
