As a production worker in the glass industry, you work in a 2- or 3-shift system, earn between €2944 and €3148 gross per month, and can receive a quarterly bonus of up to €500.
About the function
As a production worker, you will learn various glass-processing techniques, such as cutting glass, bending frames, insulating glass, and operating the sealing machine. These processes take place on separate production lines. Your team and team leader will support you in operating the line. After approximately 3 to 4 months, you will be fully trained on one of the production lines, and after working independently for a period of time, you will be trained on the next line. There are many different machines, but they can’t do everything. Your contribution as a production worker is therefore essential!
Working hours:
Morning shift: 05:30–14:00
Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:30
Night shift: 22:30–05:30
You will work a different shift each week. For every hour worked, you receive a shift allowance—whether you are in the morning, afternoon, or night shift.
