Start as a technical production worker at a stable family business and develop your skills in production and technology. Earn up to €3,908 per month including shift allowance, work in a 3-shift system and grow into an operator role.
About the function
As a production worker, you work on the packaging lines. You help set up, check and change machines, ensuring the process runs safely and efficiently. You monitor product quality, spot deviations and minor technical issues, and solve them independently where possible. You work closely with operators and colleagues to prevent downtime.
Technical experience or a strong interest in machines and production is a great fit. You will receive thorough training and can develop towards an operator role. You work Monday to Friday in fixed shifts: 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00.
What we offer
- Salary between €3,315 and €3,908 per month, including shift allowance
- Year-end bonus of 4.25% of your annual salary
