As a production manager, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and optimising the day-to-day activities within the production environment. You will work 37 hours per week, making sure processes run efficiently, quality is maintained and your team can perform at its best. In this role, you will earn a gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €5,500 based on full-time employment.
About the function
As a production manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop and ensure production runs safely, efficiently and according to schedule. You will lead a team of interior fitters and machine operators, monitor the progress of work and always put quality first. You will also be involved in production planning, staffing and the availability of materials. You will receive a company laptop and phone.
You will be a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating employees and supporting their development. As a production manager, you know how to keep an overview, set priorities and switch quickly in a dynamic production environment. It is a varied role for a natural leader who gets energy from improving people, processes and results.
