About the function
As production employee rope, you will work in a modern workshop where customization and specialization are key. You will learn how to neatly splice loops, finish plastic lines, and even learn cutting and stitching. You work with the finest materials for sailboats and superyachts. Your day starts in the workshop where you collaborate with colleagues who are just as passionate about boats and technology as you are. You keep the workplace tidy and ensure everything is in order, whether it's the right rope, splicing material, or tools. Sometimes you need to switch gears quickly when an urgent order comes in, but with your solution-oriented mindset and teamwork, you always succeed. You enjoy learning new techniques constantly and have plenty of freedom to develop yourself into a true production employee rope.
