In this role, you will work 36 hours per week at a family-owned company in Heiloo. You will earn €16.25 per hour, plus a shift allowance. You can grow into an operator position or a supervisory role.
About the function
As a production employee, you will unpack butter and pack products. You start your shift with a brief check-in with your colleagues about what is lined up for that day. Then you work together on the line. You help each other and adapt when something changes.
The work is physical and the pace is fixed. That can be demanding, but it is easier in a team. You work in two shifts: from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00.
