About the function
As a process operator, you play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You start your shift by checking the machines and carrying out quality checks. Throughout the shift, you work with your team to make sure production flows and the end products are top quality. You solve minor faults and keep an eye on the production plan. This role calls for technical insight and accuracy, essential for a process operator in a 3-shift schedule.
