About the function
As operator you play a crucial role in the production process of this company. You operate the machines that process the dough and supervise the baking process for authentic Mexican tortillas and tacos. Additionally, you perform routine maintenance and ensure food safety is always maintained. You also assist in managing the ingredients stock. In this role, you work closely with your colleagues and are an important link in the team. You have a lot of responsibility and a typical day can be challenging, but also very rewarding when everything runs smoothly. Initially, you work in a two-shift system from 6:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 00:00. Later, the company will switch to a three-shift system, including night shifts from 00:00 to 06:00.

What we need
- Minimum 2 years of experience as operator
- Technical skills
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English
