About the function
As an operator in a 2 shift schedule in Alkmaar, you help produce high quality dispensing systems. Your shift is either 05:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 23:00. You work Monday through Saturday. Your roster is planned far in advance, giving you plenty of stability and clarity for the long term. After a comprehensive 6 to 8 week onboarding period, you will be fully ready to work independently.
You work closely with your colleagues, including a shift lead and an assistant shift lead. There is always someone to support you and answer questions, which keeps collaboration smooth and friendly. The challenge lies in working with targets and aiming for high production standards, but with the right mindset and support from your team this is absolutely achievable. Teamwork is very important in this role.
What we offer
- A salary of €3,017.35 per month based on 36 hours, including a fixed shift allowance of 16.5%.
- An 8 month contract with a chance of permanent employment.
- Fixed team and roster through the end of 2026.
- An extensive 6 to 8 week onboarding period.

- You speak Dutch or fluent English.
- You have an mbo level of education or equivalent.
