Operator 5-shifts

As operator 5-shift rotation, you identify and report issues in the production process, and take appropriate measures. You actively contribute to improving installations and business processes, and monitor the quality of products and processes. Any deviations are reported to the head operator or production manager. You perform quality controls on waste processing and sorting, and participate in work meetings. Sometimes you work on specific tasks or projects during the day shift. Additionally, you check work permits, perform minor repairs and maintenance, and ensure cleanliness around the installation. You adhere to HSE regulations, maintain a safe working environment by checking PPE, and address colleagues in unsafe situations. In the absence of the head operator, you take over their responsibilities, supervise production employees, and ensure optimal use of resources. Finally, you ensure compliance with procedures and coordinate product disposal.
