As a 3-shift operator in Purmerend, you keep the production process running smoothly. You will earn a gross monthly salary of €3,600 to €4,320 including shift allowance, with the prospect of a permanent contract and plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.
About the function
As an operator, you keep the production lines running. You set up machines, change them over for product changes and check that products meet quality standards. You also register production data and closely monitor the process.
Is there a minor technical issue? You investigate the cause and solve it yourself where possible. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the process runs safely and efficiently. You follow all quality, safety and hygiene guidelines.
You work in a 3-shift schedule: 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 07:00. This requires flexibility, but you receive an attractive shift allowance in return.
