About the function
As an operator, you work in a 2-shift system in Warmenhuizen, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You make sure the production process runs smoothly. You start your shift by setting up the machines and preparing everything for production. During your work, you closely monitor the process, make adjustments where necessary, and work together with your colleagues on the line. You weigh, pack, and label products according to clear guidelines and ensure packaging materials are replenished on time. Quality always comes first: you check oxygen levels, allergens, metal detection, and product weights. You solve minor technical malfunctions yourself, and for bigger issues you call in the technical service. At the end of your shift, you and your team clean the production line for the next team. The work can be physically demanding and you need to act quickly in case of malfunctions, but you are never alone and can always count on your colleagues.
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €2722.03 and €3213.30 (excluding allowances)
- 12% shift allowance, 40 hours per week
- 25 vacation days and 9.5 additional days off (full-time)

What we need
- Experience in a production environment
- Secondary vocational (MBO) working and thinking level
- You speak and understand Dutch or English
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and sometimes on weekends
