About the function
As an operator 2-shifts at this company, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and checking the (semi-)automated machines in a modern concrete factory. You work together with colleagues to manufacture prefab concrete elements for residential or industrial projects. You read blueprints, work with molds, and ensure that each product meets high-quality standards. The workplace atmosphere is informal and collegial. You work in a shift system and have varied tasks: one day you might be working on the carousel for residential projects, the next day you could be helping with transformer housings for industry. Although hard work is required, there's always room for a chat and a joke with your colleagues. Physical work is part of the job, as is thinking along about improvements in the process.

- Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience

- You speak Dutch or English
- You have your own transport (a car is necessary due to shift work)

You will be working at a progressive and fully robotic concrete factory in Amsterdam. This company has been active since 1935 and is known for its innovative and sustainable concrete products for the construction sector.
