About the function
As a laboratory assistant, you play a crucial role in the incoming goods lab. You perform both visual and chemical analyses on cocoa beans. Together with your colleague, you go to warehouses to take samples. Additionally, you assist with all tasks in the lab, such as transporting samples and washing equipment. You work in a team divided into two subgroups: visual and chemical, which rotate regularly.
