Are you handy, technically minded, and keen to develop yourself? In this role as an assembly worker, you'll learn the full production process of wooden window and door frames. You'll work in a friendly, close-knit team at a small, modern factory in Zwaag, with nice daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
About the function
What will you do?
As a wood assembly worker, you're active in the frame factory every day. Together with your colleagues you make sure every frame is delivered perfectly. Your tasks include:
- Fitting hinges, strike plates, and weatherstrips
- Installing windows and doors
- Gathering materials at the start of your workday
- Pitching in across the full production process, from rough lumber to finished product
In short: you'll be trained into an all-round specialist who knows exactly how a frame is made from start to finish!

About the company
You'll be joining a small but forward-thinking frame factory in Zwaag with around 30 colleagues. Everything is produced in-house, so quick delivery and quality are guaranteed. While we work with modern machines, there's also room for real craftsmanship. The vibe is informal: we work hard, but there's always time for a joke and a chat.
