About the function
As a production operator, you are the link in the production process. You set up various machines, ensure everything runs smoothly, and adjust the lines when necessary. You monitor the entire process, intervene during malfunctions, and make sure everything operates neatly, safely, and according to quality standards. You work alongside colleagues, support each other, and make sure production is top-notch every day. Sometimes the work can be physical and require quick switching between tasks, but that keeps it nicely varied.
