About the function
As orderpicker, you are responsible for receiving, processing, and storing incoming flower deliveries. You carefully check the quality and quantities to ensure accurate registration. Subsequently, you pick the right flowers using scanners and prepare the orders carefully for shipment. Additionally, you keep a close eye on the inventory. You count the products regularly and identify any deviations, so that prompt action can be taken in case of shortages or errors. Once orders are complete, you load the pallets and ensure they are sent to the correct destination on time. Since the work mainly takes place in cooled areas, you strictly follow safety and hygiene regulations. You also assist in building and breaking down carts and other materials to ensure smooth logistical processes.
Together with your colleagues, you continuously work on improving the work method. You identify bottlenecks in the process and collectively seek practical solutions, so that you can continue working efficiently and effectively as a team.

What we need
- The work takes place in the cold storage
- Due to the height of the auction cart, a minimum length of 175cm is advisable.
- Everyone starts as an orderpicker; growth opportunities depend on motivation and eagerness to learn.
- Minimum availability of 32 hours per week, with mandatory shifts on Monday and Friday.
- Willingness to work 2 weekend days per month.
- Starting times:
- Monday: 05:00 AM
- Tuesday to Thursday: 05:30 AM
- Friday: 05:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 AM
- Almost necessary to have own transportation as the location is difficult to reach by public transport at the starting times.
