As logistics employee day shift at Stiho Utrecht, you are involved in the entire logistics process, from incoming goods to shipping. In the day shift (06:00-15:00 or 07:00-16:00) you earn €2,728,24 - 2905,86 per month and work towards a permanent contract. You have the opportunity to obtain certificates and further develop yourself within logistics.
About the function
In your role as logistics employee day shift, you ensure that every step in the warehouse runs smoothly. You check incoming deliveries, process them in the system, and place the goods in the right location. Then you collect orders with a scanner and pick cart, bundle materials, and make them ready for shipping. You identify missing or damaged products and immediately coordinate this with your colleagues. The work is physical, mainly due to lifting and moving wooden panels, but you are provided with techniques to do this safely and efficiently. Thanks to your efforts, receipt, stock management, order picking, and dispatch seamlessly blend together.

- Salary: € 2,728 - 2905,86 gross per month based on 40 hours (€ 15,68 - € 16,70 gross per hour)
- Holiday allowance: 8%.
- Overtime: 130%.
- Irregular hours: 135%, 150%, or 200% depending on time.
- Travel allowance: according to collective agreement, € 0.25 per km.
- Holiday: 25 vacation days and 12 ATV (reduction of working hours) days per year.
