About the function
As a laboratory assistant, you play a crucial role in the incoming goods lab. You perform both visual and chemical analyses on cocoa beans. Together with your colleague, you go to warehouses to take samples. You also assist with all lab tasks, such as transporting samples and cleaning equipment. You work in a team that is divided into two subgroups: visual and chemical, which regularly rotate.
