About the function
As a distribution team leader at this company in Amsterdam, your day starts by coordinating the loading and distribution process. You are the first point of contact for delivery drivers, ensuring everyone can get started smoothly. While the drivers are out on their routes, you focus on improving service quality and analyzing distribution performance. It’s not just about planning and control: you also keep the warehouse organized and tidy. Together with the other team leaders, you make sure the whole process runs efficiently. You have frequent contact with colleagues, consult where needed, and jump in during busy moments. The pace is high and you need to switch quickly at times, but that’s what makes the job challenging.
What we offer
- Salary between €3,100 and €4,100 gross per month (40 hours)
- Shift allowance of 13.75% on top of your gross monthly salary

What we need
- Minimum vocational (MBO 3) working and thinking level
- You speak good English
- You have a confident, hands-on attitude
- You are skilled with MS Office
