About the function
As a dishwasher at this hotel in Oostzaan, you ensure that everything in the kitchen is clean, fresh, and ready for use. You start your shift at 4:00 PM by processing the lunch dishes. After that, you eat together with your colleagues in the staff canteen. Before the evening rush, you make sure the workspace is all set. During dinner, you assist your colleagues by quickly and neatly doing the dishes, returning clean materials, and keeping the workplace tidy. After dinner, you finish everything up and ensure the machines and workspace are spic and span. You close up with your colleagues around midnight. It can be quite a hustle during peak times, but you always work with a team that has each other's back.
