Over de functie
As a driver of the reach truck you will be working with the entry and exit of freight in the warehouse. With the help of the reach truck you prepare goods, so the order pickers can collect them. You will also collect orders yourself using a hand scanner. You seal the pallets that are ready for dispatch with a sealing machine. You also make sure the warehouse is neat and tidy.
Over het bedrijf
For this international orientated company in Weesp we are looking for experienced Reachtruck Drivers.
As a Reachtruck driver you will mostly be working on Incoming Goods. Trucks and Trailers need to be unloaded as quickly and safely as possible. After Unloading you will stack the pallets with goods in the designated areas. If necessary you will place pallets on the sealing machine. Next to this task you will also do some manual labour in the form of Orderpicking. Armed with a handscanner you will gather all products and place them on pallets wich also have to be sealed. Ofcourse at the end of your shift you will make sure the workspace is a clean space.
On the workfloor you will operate under safety rules. Its important that you are aware of these rules and act accordingly so that the process will continue to run smooth and safe.
You will be working in 2 shifts:
06:00 till 14:30
14:30 till 23:00
Before your shift starts you and your team will be briefed regarding the tasks at hand, but also regarding the safety rules and any changes.
Wat wij vragen
The following is asked from you:
- Reachtruckcertificate is mandatory
- Forklift certificate pre
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Willing to work in shifts
- Own transportation will come in handy all though public transportation is possible (depending on where you are living)
