You're not just a colleague, you're a superhero who, together with your amazing team of three, takes responsibility for five magical coffee pad lines. That's no small thing! As the king/queen of short-term and long-term performance, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You make the planning dance on your fingers, and you always think of ways to make the process even better. Innovation and improvement are your middle names! But that's not all, because you have lots of fun tasks on your plate:
• Firstly, you're the master of the coffee pad machine. You make sure everything is set perfectly, from the right packaging materials to the perfect weight and the ultimate sealing seam. Simply coffeetastic! Every hour you check the whole process and keep the administration tidy. You're like a coffee detective, always alert and ready to save the day! 
• Oh no, malfunctions? You don't blink an eye! As a true troubleshooter, you fix them in no time. And if one's too hard, you simply summon the Technical Service. 
• Hygiene is key to sparkling success! You clean and scrub the machine every day, and once a week you give the whole department a thorough cleaning.

During your shift, you watch over multiple machines, and if a teammate takes a break, you naturally step in to keep things running smoothly.
