About the function
As administrative assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the daily administration and logistics at our client in Almere. You are responsible for managing documents, printing and attaching packing slips, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and processing data. A typical day starts with checking incoming emails and updating the database system. You work closely with your colleagues in the office and in the warehouse, offering support where needed. You are expected to be able to switch quickly and work independently in a sometimes busy environment.
